Thread Orientation: This is the enenuru 'list your Mesopotamian magic' resource thread - that is, what do you have on hand today? Assyriological books that treat the subject, translations of incantations or rituals, studies on Mesopotamian demons or divine mediators, theroetical perspectives like those of Binsbergen and Wiggermann - books you own, have borrowed from the library and have access to today, and even PDF files (although often we all have these in common).
I have sent around a group PM to explain some of the drive for this thread, and it amounts to a desire to apply all the building that's been done at this group and to combine the potential that the current membership and resource equal into a focused study project. If your reading this, you know you've got the aptitude - whose got what books?! The idea is to make a *selected* listing of the books you have on hand today, and it doesn't matter if some of the titles are the same as other people list - in fact that's probably better! I'll go first:
