I'm looking for a possible source of the minor or less well known balags, not just the one in question, but the others I asked about in the past as well. I can't really even find a good database for what text have been identified as Balag texts.

Hukanna: I am unaware of any online database which treats the balag texts. However, see the following enenuru threads:
