The Deity "Tud" in the Ebla texts

Going around ARET, I discovered a deity whose name is given as "Tud" in the texts

Now the only thing I found in relation to this is the following mention of a verb, "to give birth", in Sumerian, in relation to the creation of divine statues. Could this be something to do with that ?

In Fara and Abu Salibikh the goddess Nintu(dr) is regularly abbreviated to tu(dr). Her name is literally the birth lady. Interesting if the convention was used in Ebla too.
