Well the only source I can find for this is Black&Green's Gods, Demons and Symbols of Ancient Mesopotamia, which is where us4-he2-gal2 got his info from regarding this.
They say (p. 124): "Astronomically, Lugal-irra and Meslamta-ea were named the Great Twins (Gemini)."
Nergal himself is usually associated with the planet Mars.

I forgot that I was real curious about how Mesopotamian astrology was used since we have the modern form of it.
I read some uncomfirmed things that the Babylonians used the signs that we have to fortell when it was a good time to go to war or not etc. And that it was not used on a individual basis as divination. Is this true?
