Further Phoenician Query [Itineraria Phoenicia - Cyprus]

I'm doing some research on the Phoenicians right now, and I've run across the text of Lipinski's Itineraria Phoenicia. Unfortunatly it's Google Books only, and that is a problem when dealing with missing pages in the Cyprus section, primarily because Lipinski seems to provide updated versions of King lists for the various city states on Cyprus, as well as various types of inscriptions.

Both would be really helpful to me, one because of the updated chronology of Cyprus, and the other in my Onomastic research.

I'm wondering if anyone has access to the text and could provide a bit assistance in filling in the gaps.
