Query: The Ugaritic Stelae to Dagan (KTU 6.13 and KTU 6.14)

I'm rather interested in these two stelae relating to Dagan, as they appear to be of Ugaritic origin and are, according to an article by John E. Healy, somewhat obscure.

The latest discussion of the text appears to be

"Two Stelae Mentioning Mortuary Offerings from Ugarit (KTU 6.13 and 6.14)" by Herbert Niehr, (Re-)Constructing funerary rituals in the ancient Near East, p. 149-160.

I've since discovered the stelae mentioned in "A Covenant with Death: Death in the Iron Age II and Its Rhetorical Uses in Proto-Isaiah".
