The full title of the book is "An index and concordance of pre-Islamic Arabian names and inscriptions" by Gerald Lankester Harding, published in 1971. The area of Arabic inscriptions and pre-islamic names (and especially south Arabic but that's another matter I believe) is one that is very dear to me, as it is part of a topic that seems generally ignored.
If there are any excerpts or parts of this book that are more easily available, I'd be most glad, as my studies in this particular field have not progressed much.
