I'm going through the available pages of Royal Inscriptions of Mesopotamia Volume 4, Old Babylonian Period (2003-1595 BC) and I'm wondering if someone would have more of it available, as it mentions many local incarnations of deities and other more local deities (for example, Dan-Bitim and Rašub-Bitim, called "escort lions" of Ulmaššitum, a local variation of Ištar from Malgium) as well as notes on many not so well-known city states and the personal names of servants and scribes.
I've added quite a few but the online version is missing literally hundreds of pages so I know I'm missing an immense volume of usefull things.
