In this article by Jakob Andersson is mentioned "e2-PA e2 ub imin-a-ni / the E-PA, his seven-sided house.
I wonder if there is more information about this building.
Here is the full inscription:
1 dnin-ĝir2-su (For) Ningirsu,
2 ur-saĝ kal-ga mighty hero
3 den-lil2-la2 of Enlil,
4 lugal-a-ni his lord,
5 gu3-de2-a did Gudea,
6 ensi2 governor
7 lagaški of Lagash—
8 lu2 e2-ninnu he who the Eninnu-temple
9 dnin-ĝir2-su-ka of Ningirsu,
10 in-du3-a built—
11 e2-PA e2 ub imin-a-ni the E-PA, his seven-sided house,
12 mu-na-du3 build for him.

The translation of the inscription on this cone is slightly different (Edzard (RIME 3/1.1.7.48)
"e2-PA e2 ub 7(aš@c)-a-ni
his E-PA, the temple with seven corners,"
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
RIA 2, p408 has this:
E.PA, geschr. é-PA, Tempel »der
7 Zonen, von Gudea in Lagaš (im Gebiet
des Eninnu-Tempels des Ningirsu?)
(für Bau'?) erbaut.
(Temple of 7 zones, by Gudea, in the area of the Eninnu temple of Ningirsu? (for Bau´?) built.)
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
RIA 3, p388 has:
e-PA "Haus des ..... .", eigentlicher
Name ist e-ub-imin "Haus, das sieben
Zonen (besitzt)"; meist als "Stufenturm"
verstanden
(e-PA, house of..., actual name is house of the 7 zones, mostly understood as steptower.)
and p712:
One is a stone foundation tablet of
Lugalannatum recording the reconstruction
of the e-pa of Umma after Umma had
lain waste for 35 years.
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
RIA 6, 421
Ur-Nanse rühmt sich auch der Erbauung
des Gatumdug-Tempels mit der Anfertigung
einer Kultstatue, des Absu-e(ga)
und eines e-PA; letzteres kann aber nicht
sicher mit der in Lagaš befindlichen Baulichkeit
gleichgesetzt werden, da es in altsum.
Zeit auch in Girsu eine Anlage gleicher
Bezeichnung gab. Das e-PA von Lagaš diente
auch wirtschaftlichen Zwecken wie dem
Raufen von Schafen (RTC 40 II 5-IV I).
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
So there was an e.PA in at least Girsu, Lagaš and Umma.
I wonder if there is more information about this building.
